Job Description

This role works as part of a team-based manufacturing environment, where assemblers collaborate, support one another, and share responsibility for quality and on-time builds. The position requires at least four (4) years of hands-on experience assembling close-tolerance mechanical components.

Assemblers must be able to read and understand ANSI or ISO engineering prints, including GD&T feature control frames, and use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part specifications. The role includes fitting, adjusting, or modifying parts as needed to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.

We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset—someone who notices problems, asks questions, and contributes ideas to improve assembly methods, quality, safety, and efficiency. Input from the shop floor is encouraged and valued.

This position starts with a 90-day introductory period. Upon successful completion, the role becomes a union position.
