Part-Time Audio & Video Production Crew (Live Music Venue)

We are seeking reliable and motivated audio & video production crew members to join our team. We are a mostly jazz-focused organization and venue, presenting live music primarily Thursday through Sunday, with occasional weekday events.

This is a part-time position with consistent weekly work, ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in live music production.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate PA systems and microphones
Patch and operate digital audio consoles
Set up and operate lighting systems
Set up cameras and handle video switching/recording
Serve as audio engineer and/or lighting operator during live shows
Set up and strike venue seating (tables & chairs)
Set up and maintain backline instruments, including:
Drum kits
Bass and guitar amplifiers
Piano and keyboards
Assist with general show production and venue setup

Qualifications
Experience with digital audio consoles, lighting, and audio/video recording is essential
Experience with live music production strongly preferred
Music background is a plus, but not required
Experience working with backline instruments is a plus
Entry-level candidates are welcome
1+ year of relevant experience preferred
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings and weekends

Schedule
Primarily Thursday–Sunday
Occasional weekday events
Evening and weekend availability required

Compensation
$22–$25 per hour, based on experience
