Job Description
High-caliber musician embarking on a solo career after spending years collaborating in the professional industry with a break in between. Performed around the United States and Europe with many great musicians. University-trained to be a world class solo concert pianist.
The mission is to revitalize and preserve 19th century classical music to pass on to many generations through recordings, European style concert experiences, 19th century style products and a sheet music library.
Seeking experienced, down to earth, elegantly mannered individual(s) to sell sponsorships to businesses. These sponsorships support operational costs and make the mission possible. Businesses receive ad space on the website and in concert programs, and receive other perks like meet-the-artist dinners, concert tickets, recordings and merchandise. We will be hand selecting businesses that pair well with the mission.

THE JOB
• 3 Month Contract
• Find 300 sponsorships in 3 months - could be as little as 175 or as many as 700 depending on contribution level (donations are part of it too). If achieved, the result will be full operations coverage for 2026, then if you continue, we will move on to seek contributions for the year 2027, and so on (similar to PBS and symphony model).
• Meetings - Once per week together to report on progress
• Be able to attain a sponsor, from start to finish, and do all necessary administrative tasks like communications, bookkeeping and updating the website. This is to allow the artist to practice and record 4 hours a day, 5 days a week for the rest of the year (phase 1) and be ready for concerts (phase 2).
• Weekly hours - as many as you need to complete the goal
• This could become a long term job with a great, steady income to live on, it all depends on your skill and performance.
• Sponsorship structure and materials are in place - membership circles, perks, ad space, etc. A few tweaks to our print and web copies are happening right now
• You will create your own systems that suit you best for selling the sponsorships.
PAY
• 50% of all sponsorships, no caps (no base salary, no hourly, but a full income for the whole year can be achieved)

• We can meet at each other's offices (must be in Capitola or within 15 minute drive)
• Elegant and professional manner
• Have your own phone and voicemail set up with a greeting that states your name
• Okay with wearing professional attire as needed
• Experienced, ready and comfortable now with regular B2B outreach in person, on the phone, by mail and email and be okay with making many outreaches per day (will not be training you, you must already have this skill)
• Work only during business hours M-F 9am to 5pm
• Always on-time (that means 10 minutes early)
