About the Role

Green ID Home Services is hiring high-energy brand representatives to work our booth at the Maricopa County Home Show. Your primary job is to engage homeowners, collect their name, phone number, and address, and confidently book in-home energy inspection appointments.

This is not a passive “hand-out flyers” role. You must be comfortable starting conversations, following a short script, handling light objections, and booking appointments on the spot.

Responsibilities

Actively engage homeowners walking by the booth
Memorize and confidently deliver a short, proven script
Collect homeowner name, phone, and address accurately
Book energy inspection appointments on-site
Clearly explain the value of the inspection
Represent the Green ID brand professionally and enthusiastically

Ideal Candidate

Outgoing, positive attitude, and personable
Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
Able to memorize and follow a script and booking prompts
Reliable and punctual for all scheduled days
Sales, marketing, brand ambassador, or home-show experience is a plus

Requirements

Smartphone required for scheduling appointments
Professional appearance
Ability to stand and interact with attendees for long periods
