Lead Bartender at Alameda Steakhouse

Moxie Steakhouse is a local gem in the heart of Alameda known for serving premium steaks, craft cocktails, worldly wines, and genuine hospitality. We are a new and fast growing restaurant currently seeking a lead bartender to join our small but expanding team.

Weekly Schedule: Approximately 3-4 Shifts | Evening and weekend availability a must
Compensation: $18.00 + pooled tips

What We’re Looking For:
Deep knowledge of spirits and wine
Experience in semi-fine dining or fine dining preferred
Ability to multi-task as a bartender and waiter especially during busy times
Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused
Food Handler Card and RBS certification required

What You’ll Do:
Provide full dinner service to guests at bar and bar tables
Efficiently execute house and classic cocktails
Help conceptualize and develop cocktails (we change our menu with the season)
Aide in educating staff and guests about current spirits and wine menu
Attend in-house liquor and wine tastings
