RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean windows and pressure wash on a professional level
Climb ladders
Safely work at heights using a bosun chair or a swing stage system.
Use long poles from the ground to perform cleaning.
Report job progress to operations manager daily
Perform other job duties such as awning cleaning and gutter cleaning.
Use chemicals periodically such as stain removers and degreasers when needed
Monthly safety meetings

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work
Must have smartphone
Must be an early riser - we generally start at 5am sharp (some jobs require later start so flexibility is a must)
Detail oriented and can follow directions and safety guidelines
Have professional and clean cut appearance
Must not have a fear of heights. We specialize in high rise buildings.
