Job Description
Marin County’s #1-ranked window cleaning service is hiring in SLO.
After cleaning over 3,000 jobs in Marin over the past 2.5 years, we expanded our operations to San Luis Obispo six months ago and are growing rapidly. We are a team of young, high-energy owners with years of experience in the industry. We work hard, we have fun, and we dominate the market because we do the job better than anyone else.
We need 1-2 more people to join the crew. If you’re a hard worker, you can start as soon as next week.
-we are also looking for door to door sales reps and hybrids between labor and sales
THE VIBE: We are young and driven, but we are professionals. We have zero room for egos. You must be coachable. Even if you’ve cleaned windows before, we have new high-end waterfed systems that have made us #1.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Reliability is #1: If you’re the type to flake or show up late, don't bother. We need people we can count on.
Fit & Active: This is an outdoor, physical job. You’ll be on ladders and moving all day.
Positive Attitude: We spend a lot of time together on job sites. We want people who are easy to get along with and keep the energy up.
Attention to Detail: We don't just "splash and dash." We clean glass, frames, sills, and tracks to perfection. We mainly focus on contracted work that if it is done half-assed will cause cancelations which we can't have.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS #1
THE PAY & BENEFITS:
$20/hr Starting Pay.
-good employees have already worked up to $25 within months
Great Tips: Our clients are high-end and take care of us. High-quality work = high-quality tips.
Immediate Start: We are looking to get you in the field by next week.
Growth: As we continue to take over the SLO market, there is plenty of room to move up for those who prove themselves.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a way to get to work.
Must be comfortable with heights/ladders.
Must be able to follow instructions exactly.
