USFS summer positions at the Mendenhall - Visitor Information

The US Forest Service is hiring for positions at the Mendenhall Glacier! This posting uses a special, expedited hiring process for Alaskans.

Apply now to work at the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center this summer!

Join the crew at the MGVC and help visitors from all over the world experience the awe-inspiring landscape. The seasonal positions run from April 5 – October 17, and housing may be available.

These positions are being filled via the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA). Any U.S. Citizen who has acquired special knowledge or expertise regarding the natural or cultural resources by reason of having lived or worked in or near the unit may apply.
