Are you a results-oriented and driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape? We're seeking a Drug Wholesale Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with independent pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare providers within your assigned territory. You'll leverage your pharmaceutical knowledge and sales expertise to promote our extensive catalog of wholesale drugs, ensuring our customers have access to the medications they need at competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our wholesale drug offerings.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, specifically with wholesale distribution, is highly preferred.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
