Back of House Dishwasher/Facility Cleaner

We are currently looking for a Back of House Dishwasher/Facility Cleaner. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the factory, dishwashing area, outside, and office spaces. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations by ensuring all work areas meet cleanliness, safety, and health standards, while also completing scheduled deep cleaning tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and back-of-house areas

Clean and sanitize factory surfaces, floors, drains, and trash areas

Perform general cleaning of the facility, including break room, office spaces, restrooms, hallways, production areas, and storage spaces

Mopping and sweeping high traffic areas such as, front of house sales floor and cafe, office spaces, and numerous areas within the factory.

Complete monthly deep cleaning projects, such as dusting, wiping down equipment, scraping floors, washing floor mats, cleaning under and behind large items, and or organizing spaces.

Remove trash, recycling, and compost in accordance with facility procedures

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Report maintenance or repair needs to management

Assist with additional cleaning or operational tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

Previous dishwashing or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lb lbs


Requirements:

Full-time Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
