Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Process invoices daily to customers for previous days shipped product
- Track Accounts Receivable balance with follow up emails for payments with customers

- Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments accurately from Accounting software and process checks weekly
- Review and verify invoices from suppliers for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with Book Keeper to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and payables
- Support Plant Manager with Production Safety/Quality Training (Translating to Spanish)

- Receptionist Responsibilities (i.e. answering main phone line/transfer calls, greet clients
