Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to foster strong customer relationships, provide accurate order support, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner. This role plays a key part in daily customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Quote, process, and follow up on customer orders and inquiries
Manage customer emails and calls with daily prioritization
Process orders and quotations through multiple platforms (Partstrader, CCC, Opstrax, EDI, Email, Fax, Online Portals)
Conduct monthly courtesy calls and customer satisfaction follow-ups
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Support walk-in customers with orders, payments, and modifications
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
Manage open sales orders, RMAs, transfers, and deliveries
Meet daily productivity goals (calls, documents, conversions)
Participate in training and assist other branches when needed
Learn and follow internal company procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written communication and typing skills
