Dispatcher / Recruiter

We are looking for a Dispatcher / Driver Recruiter !!!

Main responsibility will be recruiting drivers and will serve as a back up dispatcher.

You will manage the full hiring cycle—from lead generation via job boards and social media to conducting interviews, background checks, and onboarding. Key roles include building talent pipelines, reducing turnover, and matching drivers with positions that fit their experience.


Core Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruiting: Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals to generate leads and attract qualified CDL drivers.

Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone/face-to-face interviews, and verify employment history.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all candidates meet DOT, federal, and state regulations.

Onboarding: Coordinate road tests, orientations, and drug screens.

Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between company management and drivers to ensure retention

Pay is: DOE

Hours: 9AM-5PM

IN PERSON POSITION

Ideal Experience: 1 year or more in Drayage Industry / Must know ports of LA/LB
