What You’ll Do
You’ll join a high-performing team focused on empathy, smart negotiation, and real solutions. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone move forward and strengthen client relationships.
You will:
● Connect with consumers to understand their financial situations and explore realistic repayment options, often on higher-value or more complex accounts.
● Use active listening, negotiation, and creative problem-solving to reach fair outcomes.
● Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
● Accurately document all account interactions in our systems.
● Support skip-tracing efforts to locate consumers or businesses when needed.
● Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
● Remain compliant with internal policies, codes of conduct, and all relevant state and federal regulations.
What You Bring
● 1–3 years of successful third-party collections experience.
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
● Confidence navigating multiple systems and databases.
● Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
● A self-motivated, empathetic, and results-driven approach.
● Solid understanding of the FDCPA and related laws.

This is an in-office position at our Encino. You'll work with clients and consumers across the country, which means supporting East Coast business hours as well.
