STORAGE FACILITY CONSULTANT NEEDED – REDONDO BEACH, CA!

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Schedule: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday and take 2 days off during the week

We are hiring a Storage Facility Consultant for a busy storage facility in Redondo Beach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and providing a great in-person experience. Commission Opportunities Available too!!

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with renting storage units
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Walk customers around the facility and show available units
- Help customers choose the best unit for their needs
- Use computer systems for rentals, payments, and customer information
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- Patient and professional when working with customers
- Computer savvy
- Reliable and able to work weekends
