Deckhand position

We’re looking for reliable, ocean-savvy crew members to join our charter operation out of Kewalo Harbor. This is a hands-on deckhand role working on private charters, snorkel trips and sunset sails. If you’re comfortable on the water, good with people, and not afraid of hard work, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Assist captain with docking, anchoring, and general vessel operations
• Help guests on and off the boat safely
• Provide excellent customer service to guests of all ages
• Assist with snorkeling gear and basic instruction when needed
• Keep the vessel clean and orderly before, during, and after trips
• Maintain a calm, professional presence on the water
Requirements:
• Strong swimmer (must be comfortable in open ocean conditions) and able to dive 15-30ft down
• Positive attitude and good people skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in sun, wind, and ocean conditions
• Able to lift gear, lines, coolers, etc.
• Reliable transportation to Kewalo Harbor
• Prior boating or ocean experience is a big plus (but not required)

• CPR/First Aid certification
