OnPoint Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at our corporate office in Cerritos, California.

This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for a professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting daily financial operations.

Job Description:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting and operations teams with day-to-day bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules
Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes
Prepare basic financial reports as requested
Maintain organized and compliant financial records
Support accounting and operations management as needed

Qualifications:

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Proficient in Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise ERP software
Knowledge of ADP Run payroll platform
Knowledge of Intuit Time Sheets platform
Experience working with State Fund reporting and audit process
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work in an office setting

Compensation & Benefits:
