Insurance Account Representative

State Farm agent is seeking a team member who has a strong interest in providing exceptional customer service with the opportunity to pivot to sales and earn additional commissions. Responsibilities: provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Educate customers about insurance options and provide quotes. Majority of customer service is provided by phone, or email with some walk-in requests in agent's office - this is NOT a remote position. Requirements: sales and/or customer service. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Self-motivated. Property and Casualty license, Personal Lines Insurance License or Life license or agent will provide licensing opportunity for qualified applicant. Must be able to pass licensing exams in order to work in agent's office as all team members are required to be licensed by the Department of Insurance.
