CA Class B General Contractor – License Underutilized?

My business partner and I are seeking a California Class B General Contractor whose license is currently underutilized or inactive in day-to-day operations, and who is open to putting that license to work in a legitimate, structured role.

This is not a handyman position and not a license rental. We are a growing commercial contractor focused on unit turns, decommissioning, and multi-trade interior projects across Los Angeles and the West Coast.

- You hold an active CA Class B license in good standing
- You are semi-retired, consulting, between ventures, or simply not using your license at scale
- You understand multi-trade construction, subs, inspections, and sequencing

- You are open to a role as a Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) or senior construction lead
