Ballet Teacher

Ballet Instructor – Youth Levels 1 & 2

Our studio is seeking a passionate and dedicated Ballet Instructor to join our teaching team. We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values of creativity, discipline, community, and student-centered learning, and who is excited to inspire young dancers in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Position Overview:

Teach Ballet Level 1 (ages 6–8) and Ballet Level 2 (ages 8–11)

Create age-appropriate, engaging classes that focus on strong technique, musicality, and a love for movement

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where students feel confident, challenged, and supported

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience teaching ballet to children ages 6–11

Demonstrates patience, warmth, and clear communication with young dancers

Values proper ballet technique while keeping classes joyful and developmentally appropriate

Encourages creativity, discipline, and teamwork

Is reliable, prepared, and excited to be part of a collaborative teaching community

Qualifications:

Strong background in classical ballet training

Prior teaching experience with youth dancers preferred

Ability to manage a classroom with kindness and structure

Commitment to upholding the values and culture of the stuido.
