Maintenance Repair Specialist

We’re looking for a solid, reliable maintenance pro to join our growing multifamily team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Drywall patch & repair
• Painting
• Minor electrical
• Minor plumbing
• General handyman repairs
• Ongoing apartment maintenance & unit turns

Requirements:
• Strong hands-on repair experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable vehicle (required)
• Tools
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Takes pride in clean, quality work
