Shipping Clerk with back up for Customer Service - Full time
We have an immediate need for a full-time shipping clerk with Back up Customer Service in our Scripps Ranch facility where we manufacture and distribute pet body armor for dogs and cats. CoyoteVest Pet Body Armor is #1 World Wide for protective gear for dogs and cats. We’ve been featured in hundreds of articles, magazines, Television shows, endorsements and Shark Tank. This position requires close attention to detail and familiarity with computers and shipping processes. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, has organizational skills and can focus on each order and avoid mistakes.
Job Activities:
Willingness to learn all our products.
Quality check, final assembly, and packaging.
Using computers to manage fulfillment and process daily orders.
Gathering various products to pack and ship daily orders.
Preparing large FBA shipments to Amazon every 1-2 weeks.
Backing up customer service as needed. Answering the phone, helping customers with questions, learning our CX platform (Gorgias). Must be friendly and able to communicate with customers effectively.
Job Requirements:
Must be comfortable learning and using computer applications (Shopify, Amazon, Email, Gorgias, etc)
Must be good with hands and able to wrap products neatly.
Must pay attention to every detail and take pride in getting things done right -- CoyoteVest is all about quality products and excellent customer service.

Pay: start $18.00 - up DOE
Hours: M-F Prefer start 8 am - 3 pm (flexible with 6.5 hr - 8 hr day)
