SERVER / WORKING MANAGER (Restaurant Leadership Role)

MOM’s Pizza & Pasta is looking for a Server / Working Manager to lead from the floor while
supporting daily restaurant operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows
hospitality, understands systems, and wants more responsibility without leaving guest interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide warm, professional table service
• Lead shifts and act as on-floor manager
• Open and close the restaurant
• Operate Toast POS confidently
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Help with ordering and basic inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and service standards
• Handle guest issues professionally
• Support catering orders (big plus)
• Help identify sales growth opportunities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years serving experience
• Lead server or working manager experience
• Toast POS knowledge
• Scheduling and inventory experience
• Weekend availability is required.
SUNDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.
• Clean-cut, professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
PREFERRED
• Catering experience
• Italian or scratch-kitchen background
• Interest in leadership growth
