Associate Attorney – Family Law

Responsibilities:

• Review court files, pleadings, and records for accuracy and legal sufficiency
• Prepare and present legal analyses and recommendations for judicial action
• Coordinate with clerical and case‑processing staff
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Superior Court judicial officers and staff

Requirements:

• Experience drafting pleadings, monitoring cases, making court appearances, organizing files, interacting with clients, and managing calendars
• Active license to practice law in California
• A dedicated focus on Family Law
• Strong knowledge of Family Law principles, court procedures, and case processes
