As the construction market for luxury estates continues to boom in 2026, we are looking for one sophisticated, design-oriented Sales Executive to join our elite consulting team. This is a role for someone who appreciates the finer things in life and knows how to communicate that value to a discerning clientele.

🎯 {THE STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE}: You are not cold-calling homeowners or begging for business; you are a partner to the city’s top architects, interior designers, and custom builders. Our company has spent a decade building a reputation for excellence, which means 90% of your business comes from established referral partners and inbound inquiries from high-net-worth individuals. You will be the face of our brand, meeting with clients in our state-of-the-art design gallery or at active construction sites to help them select the materials that will define their legacy projects.

🔹 |CORE RESPONSIBILITIES|: Your daily mission is to act as a bridge between a client’s vision and the final physical reality. You will be responsible for managing a high-value pipeline of active projects, which includes conducting discovery sessions to understand the aesthetic goals of a project, collaborating with our fabrication team to ensure technical feasibility, and presenting final material specifications to designers and owners. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales process where your attention to detail and your ability to manage long-term timelines are just as important as your ability to close the contract.

The ideal candidate likely has a background in high-end real estate, luxury automotive sales, or interior design, though we are open to any salesperson who has a track record of handling high-ticket transactions. If you have a passion for architecture and a "hunter" instinct for finding new design firms to partner with, you will excel in our environment.

💰 ~COMPENSATION & PERKS~: We believe that high-ticket closers should be compensated with high-ticket paychecks. Our structure is built to support your lifestyle while you build our brand:
— Guaranteed Base: $65,000 annual base salary, paid bi-weekly. This provides the stability required to manage long-cycle luxury sales.
— Gross Sales Commission: 6% commission on every dollar you bring in. With average project sizes ranging from $40k to $250k, your commissions scale rapidly.
— Realistic OTE: A first-year consultant should expect to earn $110,000 - $130,000. Our established reps who manage large-scale commercial contracts are clearing $180,000+.
— Travel Stipend: $500 monthly allowance for your vehicle and phone.
