ADU Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

The ADU Pro is a fast-growing ADU construction company operating across Southern California. We specialize in ADU development, garage conversions, remodeling, and energy-efficient solutions.

We are looking for experienced, motivated sales representatives to handle qualified leads and close ADU projects.

What You’ll Do
• Meet homeowners for scheduled sales appointments (no cold knocking)
• Review project opportunities prepared by our openers and dispatch team
• Present ADU options clearly and professionally

Compensation
• Commission-based (high earning potential)
• Competitive commissions per closed project
• No cap on earnings
• Ideal for reps who want performance-based income

What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience (construction, ADU, remodeling, solar, roofing, or real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable meeting clients in homes and/or office settings
• Ability to work independently within a structured system
