We are currently seeking licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing spa team in the heart of Downtown Claremont Village. We are hiring multiple part-time positions and are looking for team-oriented individuals who are motivated, professional, and excited to grow their clientele in a vibrant, high-traffic location.

Position Details
    •    Part-time only (with potential for growth)
    •    Hybrid compensation model: hourly pay or commission — whichever is higher
    •    Commission rates vary based on experience
    •    Higher commission opportunities available for:
    •    Return clients
    •    Building and retaining clientele
    •    Long-term growth with the spa
    •    Future opportunities may include increased commission structures and/or rental options

What We’re Looking For
    •    Licensed Massage Therapists (required)
    •    Must carry personal professional liability insurance
    •    No existing clientele required — though bringing clientele is welcomed and rewarded
    •    Willingness to:
    •    Be team-oriented
    •    Help create and grow clientele
    •    Participate in community and wellness events
    •    Assist with light front desk / office duties during non-client hours (answering phones, basic support)
    •    A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to hustle as we continue rebuilding and growing

    •    Training is available
    •    All spa equipment, products, and supplies are provided
    •    Ongoing support to help you build confidence, consistency, and long-term success
