Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor Of Osteopathy (DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
- Perform minor procedures as required by the practice.
- Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Elation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School
Current and unrestricted CA state license
DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
CPR and ACLS certification (preferred).
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
