Private Capital Raiser

Ascended is seeking a relationship-driven Private Capital Raiser to secure funding for our mobile home fix-and-flip projects. This role focuses exclusively on private money, not hard money lending. You will speak with warm and inbound investor leads provided by the company and guide them through our deal structures and funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate is confident discussing returns, timelines, and risk, and excels at building trust-based relationships with private investors.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound and warm calls from potential private lenders and investors
Educate investors on our mobile home fix-and-flip model
Explain deal structures, timelines, capital deployment, and returns
Match investor capital to specific projects or ongoing deal flow
Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat capital partners
Coordinate funding timelines with acquisitions and operations teams
Maintain accurate investor notes and follow-ups in CRM
Support onboarding, documentation, and funding processes

Required Experience
Experience in capital raising, investor relations, real estate investing, or finance
Strong communication skills and comfort discussing investment returns and risk
Understanding of real estate deal structures (equity, debt, short-term projects)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through
Preferred Experience
Experience raising capital for fix-and-flip or value-add real estate projects
Familiarity with private lending, JV structures, or investor syndications
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
