The Opportunity

We are seeking marketing and referral partners to introduce qualified buyers and sellers to the Tomlinson Group. This role does not require a real estate license and is strictly performance-based.

Compensation

Performance Bonus Triggered by Closings

$2,500 bonus per closed transaction
Applies to homes sold over $2,000,000
Southern California properties only
Paid after successful closing
No cap on bonuses

Refer qualified buyers and sellers
Introduce high-net-worth clients through your network
Support brand awareness and relationship building
