Responsibilities  Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly Resolves customer complaints with diplomacy Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner Requirements  Work experience as a Pizza Chef or Line Cook similar role in a restaurant Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment  Understanding of food hygiene Good time-management skills Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings Cooking Hotline Items and Fry Station  Use Uber Eats, Postmates, Grubhub, POS Evening Hours Thursday-Sunday
