🚀 The Role

We’re looking for an Outpost Sales Lead to design, launch, and scale Miramasa’s outpost network across Chicago (and beyond).

This is a builder role. You’ll identify high-potential buildings, pitch decision-makers, launch pilots, and turn successful locations into repeatable growth engines.

You will own the entire outpost lifecycle — from first conversation to daily economics.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Identify and prioritize office buildings, residential towers, gyms, and coworking spaces for Miramasa outposts
Build relationships with property managers, landlords, employers, and community operators
Pitch and close low-friction partnerships (free pilots, subsidized lunches, dedicated shelves / stations)
Design outpost playbooks: launch, operations, staffing-light models, and economics
Work closely with food, ops, and tech teams to ensure excellent on-site execution
Track performance metrics: adoption, repeat orders, unit economics, and scalability
Turn early pilots into repeatable, scalable growth models

🧩 What We’re Looking For

5–10 years experience in operations, expansion, partnerships, or real-estate-adjacent roles
Background from Sweetgreen, CAVA, Starbucks, WeWork, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar is a big plus
Comfortable with cold outreach + relationship-driven selling
Strong business intuition: you can quickly assess “Is this building worth it?”
Scrappy, analytical, and highly ownership-driven
Excited by early-stage environments and ambiguous problems
