Welcome to ROSAN café,
We are a new "Living Room" concept cafe opening soon in the heart of Pasadena. Unlike a typical grab-and-go coffee shop, Rosan is a sanctuary designed for connection and relaxation. We blend New Chinese Aesthetics with modern wellness trends, serving specialty coffee, tea pairings, and curated light bites in a very curated, artistic setting.
We are looking for a passionate OPENING TEAM to bring this vision to life. We are hiring for three positions immediately.
OPEN POSITIONS:
1. Store Supervisor (Full-Time) You are the "Host" of our Living Room.
Role: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, handle scheduling, and maintain our standards of service. You will work closely with the owner to grow the business.
Requirements: Previous management or shift lead experience in specialty coffee/hospitality. Highly organized with a leadership mindset.
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Base + Performance Bonuses.
2. Experienced Barista (Part-Time) You are the expert on flavor and quality.
Role: Dialing in espresso, latte art, managing bar flow, and ensuring every cup is perfect. You understand the nuances of both coffee beans and loose-leaf teas.
Requirements: 2+ years of specialty coffee experience. Proficient in manual brewing and latte art. Appreciation for aesthetics and plating.
Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00/hr + Tips.
3. Barista / Server (Part-Time) You create the welcoming atmosphere.
Role: Taking orders, preparing beverages, plating snacks, and providing attentive "Table Service" (bringing orders to guests).
Requirements: Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn. An eye for beautiful presentation is a must.
Compensation: $18.04/hr + Tips.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Passion for coffee, tea, and creating a warm environment.
Availability to work weekends is a plus.
