Café Cache is a French-inspired café that celebrates simplicity, craft, and a sense of calm curiosity. We’re looking for an experienced barista who brings both technical skill and quiet confidence to the role — someone who values great coffee, thoughtful service, and a well-kept space.
You should be comfortable with all classic espresso drinks, fluent in English, and able to keep a smooth rhythm behind the bar. Just as important, we’re looking for someone with situational awareness — someone who notices when a table needs clearing, when a guest looks like they’re waiting, or when the milk is running low — and acts before being asked.

You are:
Experienced (2+ years) in a quality café environment making espresso drinks
Fluent in English and friendly with guests without being overbearing
Calm, organized, and able to keep composure under pressure
A self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
Proactive, observant, and takes pride in maintaining an inviting space
Passionate about great coffee, hospitality, and a job done well
There’s potential for a management or lead role for the right person — someone who naturally takes ownership and leads by example.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + tips (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time or full-time available
Location: Café Cache – [Marina Del Rey Harbor side.
