TOPICS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE FOLLOWING:

Social Media Marketing & Direct Mail Marketing
(We would like to know your AD PLACEMENT history regarding Social Media & Direct Mail, in order to Qualify for this Position. We need to know the AD COPY you placed - and where - re Social Media, and if you know about EDDM? )

Weekend Open Houses
(Have you ever held an Open House? If so, we would like to know the details. Have you visited Open Houses?)

Light Accounting
(Have you ever handled Accounting? Do you know any Accounting Programs?)

Showing Vacancies
(Have you ever showed a vacant residential rental? We would like to know how you handle Showings?)

Organizing the Office / Conference Room / Office Upkeep in General
(Are you okay with office upkeep, sweeping at times, cleaning the conference table, organizing?)

Filing and Scanning
(We would like to know your experience with scanning, using office equipment, accurately filling, etc.?)

Computer Programs
(Do you know Microsoft Suite? Photoshop? Accounting Programs? AppFolio? We need to know your expertise?)

You must live no more than 20 minutes from the Los Feliz / Hollywood Area (90027).
You must have a Professional Presentation, and must be gifted with Proper and Polite Manners.
You must Show Up on time, and carefully follow directions.
You must have a California Driver's License, and Auto Insurance, and a presentable car.
You must be a Citizen of the United States.
