Description:
Licensed cannabis company in Arcata is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Candy Maker / Edible Production Assistant to help produce infused candies and confections.

This role is hands-on and requires precision. You will be responsible for helping produce batches that must hit specific dosage targets per batch, following established formulations and California compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking candy batches (caramels, chocolates, gummies, etc.)

Accurately measuring and incorporating infused ingredients to meet required dose targets

Following SOPs and compliance procedures for legal cannabis production

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen/production space

Assisting with batch tracking and basic documentation

Ideal candidate:

Experience with candy making, baking, or commercial kitchen work (required)

Comfortable working with precise measurements and repeatable processes

Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under structured production environments

Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required

Must be 21+ and able to legally work in a licensed cannabis facility

Schedule:
Flexible, scheduled production days (part-time to start)
