Class A Driver Needed – Local & Regional

CLASS A DRIVERS NEEDED

We are hiring dependable and safety-focused Class A Local Delivery Drivers to support food product deliveries to grocery store locations throughout Southern California, with optional regional routes for drivers who are open to them.

This is a hands-on, physically active role in a warehouse and yard environment. This is not a sit-down driving-only position.

Pay:

$27.00 per hour (Straight Time – No OT rate)


Schedule:

Work days: Thursday–Monday OR Friday–Tuesday (must be flexible)

Start time: 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM

Typical shifts: 8 hours or less

Up to 40 hours per week (hours not guaranteed)

Overtime possible depending on workload

Route Details:

Local & Regional routes

Primary routes: Southern California

Optional regional routes: Arizona, Nevada (Las Vegas), Northern California (Sacramento)

Routes are primarily home daily

Optional one-night layovers available for drivers who opt in (not required)

1–3 stops per route

Work location: Fontana, CA

Job Duties:

Deliver food products to grocery store locations safely and on time

Load and unload freight using manual pallet jack or EPJ

Pallet handling and material movement

Work with 48’ trailers (flatbed experience a plus)

Hook and unhook trailers

Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections

Follow all DOT, OSHA, and site safety rules

Work Environment:

Warehouse and yard setting

Flatbed and trailer-related work

Fast-paced and physically demanding

Continuous standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–100 lbs

Comfortable with consistent manual labor

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

1 year of verified transportation experience (VOE required)

Clean driving record preferred

Pallet handling experience required

Flatbed experience preferred

Valid DOT medical card

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Safety-conscious and reliable

Safety / PPE

Steel-toe boots OR non-steel-toe work boots required

Strict safety compliance enforced
