Administrative Rockstar Wanted

We’re not looking for “just” an assistant. We need a right hand to the CEO — someone who thrives in chaos, solves problems before they’re problems, and knows how to keep everything moving forward. This is a salary position (no 9–5, no set schedule). You’ll be LA-based, but travel is part of the gig — sometimes for weeks or maybe months in Austin, TX. You’ll work from home, a hotel room, or a film set. Wherever the CEO is, you’ll be.

• Discreet — you’ll be working with high-profile projects and individuals.
• Bold enough to figure things out, humble enough to ask for help.
• Spanish a plus, not required.
