High-volume, upscale restaurant in Newport Beach is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations.

Requirements:
2+ years Bar Manager experience
3+ years in high-volume, upscale dining
Strong leadership, professionalism, and beverage knowledge

Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and lead bar staff
Manage inventory, liquor costs, and vendor relationships
Ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
Oversee cash handling and bar profitability
