Mike Walsh Painting seeks 2 part-time Neighborhood Marketing Reps to book estimates in affluent Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin neighborhoods.
The Job:

* Visit upscale neighborhoods during prime hours
* Introduce our painting services to homeowners
* Schedule free estimates for interested prospects

No selling, no closing — just start the conversation. Our estimators handle the rest.

What You Earn:

$65 per estimate you book
$65 bonus when that estimate becomes a job

We close 50% of booked estimates, so here's the real math:
- 8 estimates/week = $520
- 4 become jobs = $260
- Weekly total: $780 for 12 hours of work

That's $65/hour for consistent performers.

Flexible Schedule — Choose Your Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 4pm–8pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm
Sunday: 2pm–6pm

Work as few as 3 shifts per week.
