Sales Representative (Contracted)

BG Company is actively expanding and looking for motivated individuals who are dedicated, coachable, and honest. No prior sales experience is required—support and marketing material available.

Position Overview
As a Commission-Based Sales Consultant, you will receive comprehensive support, mentorship, and tools to succeed. You’ll work directly with property owners & businesses and educate them on clean energy generators provided by BG Company, and guide them through the transition to clean energy. All Representatives have the opportunity to recruit and build a sales team, earning overrides and leadership income in addition to personal sales. Representatives also reserve the right to market in any capacity and any platform.

Responsibilities:
- Learn generator sales fundamentals and relationship-based selling
- Engage homeowners through face-to-face and consultations
- Present solutions clearly and ethically
- Collaborate with BG Company’s Sales Advisors.
- Continuously develop communication, leadership, and sales skills
- Recruit, mentor, and help develop new team members
