Regional preservation company in need of crews to perform initial secures, property condition bids, maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties. This also includes trash-outs, winterizations, de-winterizations, roof patching and inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment and lawn maintenance. Immediate work is available. You must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently and on time need not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are a good company who only wants good contractors. Payment terms: You will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Our payments are biweekly and are direct deposit.
