Grey Squirrel Manor is a new cafe and market opening in Windsor, CA this March. We serve exceptional coffee and curate high-quality local provisions - from baked goods to pantry staples like jam, olive oil, cheese, and honey.

We're building a dream team to create something special: a place where hospitality, craft coffee, local artistry, and a little magic come together.

Open Interview Details:
Wednesday, Feb 4th: 8am-12pm & 2pm-5pm
Thursday, Feb 5th: 11am-5pm
