Mattress Sales / Showroom Associate Needed!

Local mattress showroom seeking an experienced showroom sales professional to start immediately.

This is NOT entry-level. We are only looking for candidates with mattress, furniture, or showroom-based sales experience (kitchen/bath, flooring, appliances, design showrooms, etc.).

What You’ll Do

-Consult with customers to match them with their ideal sleep solutions
-Recommend mattresses, pillows, and adjustable power bases
-Provide high-level, educational customer service
-Confidently close sales and exceed goals
-Build repeat business through follow-ups and relationship building
-Maintain a clean, organized showroom
-Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally


What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED: Prior mattress, furniture, or showroom sales experience

-Proven ability to close high-ticket sales
-Professional, confident communicator
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
-Comfortable working independently
-Basic computer & phone skills
-Bilingual a major plus (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)

Details

$19–$25/hour (based on experience)

Commission available – earn more when you sell more

***Full Time needed: Tuesday, Fridays and Sundays
