Full-Time Caregiver, Above-Market Pay, 10-Bed Assisted Living Home

We are Bloomfield House, a beautiful assisted living home in North Scottsdale. Our home has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional care for residents. We believe in providing highly skilled care, honoring our elders, and providing kindness in every interaction.

The Role
We have a very rare job-opening and we are looking for the RIGHT caregiver. In fact, our team is made up of caregivers who have been with us for 9 years minimum. Our caregivers stay with us for the simple reasons that we treat our team members with respect and pay our team above market-rate.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, kind and wants to be part of a tight-knit team for the long-term. Additionally, we really value someone who is very caring and enjoys preparing meals for our residents.

Schedule & Availability
We are looking for day-shift caregivers (6am-6pm shift), we are primarily looking for weekends but have other times available. We are seeking a full-time team member, however, may offer some flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Include providing daily care to residents, preparing meals and kitchen duties, maintaining a calm, kind demeanor with residents, communicate clearly with team members and management, follow care plans and household routines, support a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
