Full Stack website developer

I need a website developer that has skills setting up a flip page style magazine. The flip pages must be designed edge to edge with no border. And fully animated. You must have the experience from previous jobs. I'm not looking for someone that's on the job training. The individual that I'm looking for must be available now. Also my preference is someone in the USA because my website is USA project oriented. I already have all the necessary content I'm looking for someone with the necessary skills and can start immediately.
