Job Title: Machine Operator

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to work in our manufacturing facility in Torrance, CA. Our company produces dietary supplements in capsule, tablet, and powder form. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do
• Set up, start, and operate encapsulation machines
• Monitor machines during production to ensure they run safely and correctly
• Measure and inspect capsules to make sure they meet quality standards
• Make small machine adjustments when needed
• Follow cGMP and FDA guidelines at all times
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Clean, disassemble, and inspect machines after production runs
• Work with QA/QC and warehouse teams to release materials
• Meet daily production goals
• Help with other tasks in the production department as needed

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment (food or nutraceutical preferred)
• At least 2 years of hands-on machine operation experience (encapsulation experience preferred)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when required

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Some bending and movement required
