Seeking experienced Project Estimator to join our Team

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information and negotiate favorable terms.
Prepare detailed bid documents for our internal project manager team.
Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Assist in reviewing contracts and scope of work to align estimates with project requirements and budget constraints.
Support project management teams by providing accurate estimates for change orders and additional work requests.
Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably within commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction management processes, contracts, and project lifecycle.
Proficiency with estimating software such as OST; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
