Trucking Office Positions – Dispatcher / Broker / Safety Manager

Established trucking company is expanding and opening a new office. We are hiring motivated, detail-oriented professionals for multiple office roles within our operations team.

Experience is preferred, but if you’re sharp, organized, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply.

We operate in a fast-paced, real-world trucking environment—this is not a slow desk job. If you like problem-solving, multitasking, and being part of a team that keeps trucks moving legally and efficiently, this may be a good fit.

OPEN POSITIONS

We are hiring for one or more of the following roles depending on experience:

1. Dispatcher / Load Planner

Dispatch company drivers and owner-operators
Plan and optimize loads and routes
Communicate with drivers throughout the trip
Monitor performance, delays, and service issues
Work closely with brokers, customers, and internal staff


2. Freight Broker

Book and manage freight
Build and maintain customer relationships
Negotiate rates and lanes
Coordinate with dispatch and operations
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery

3. Safety Manager (Compliance / Maintenance Tracking)

Ensure FMCSA compliance
Monitor ELD logs, HOS, violations, and driver behavior
Address non-compliance and corrective actions
Track equipment, maintenance schedules, and documentation
Support safety audits and internal compliance reviews
(Safety role may also include compliance and maintenance tracking depending on experience.)

REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Trucking industry experience preferred
FMCSA knowledge strongly preferred (especially for Safety role)
Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, systems, ELDs, TMS)
Excellent communication and people skills
Customer service mindset
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Reliable, accountable, and professional
