Sales Closer – B2B Digital Marketing

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Central & Thomas area) In Office.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights, no weekends)
Pay: (Base + Uncapped Weekly Commissions)

About the Role:

Staylisted is a fast-growing, Phoenix-based B2B digital marketing company looking for driven, competitive Sales Closers to join our in-office sales team. In this role, you’ll speak directly with business owners, uncover their marketing challenges, present tailored digital solutions, and close deals over the phone using a proven, high-conversion sales system. This is a results-focused role built for professionals who want strong commissions, fast growth, and real earning potential. Top Closers earn six figures with consistent performance and are measured by clear performance metrics and revenue production.

What You’ll Do:

-Handle qualified sales conversations with business owners
-Conduct needs analysis and position Staylisted’s digital marketing solutions
-Deliver confident, persuasive presentations using a proven sales script
-Overcome objections and close deals from qualified warm leads generated through Staylisted’s proven outbound system
-Accurately document activity and sales in the CRM
-Consistently hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals

Pay & Schedule:

-W2, full-time position
-Base hourly pay + uncapped weekly commissions
-Weekly pay
-Top performers earn six figures annually

-Experience in sales, call center, or commission-based roles preferred
-Ability to build value, handle objections, and ask for the sale
-Coachable, disciplined, and dependable
-Comfortable working toward aggressive performance goals
-CRM and basic computer proficiency
-Comfortable owning the full sales cycle and being measured by results
